I am currently using this book with a lady I am counseling at my church. Mark Dutton is my supervisor, finishing my 50 hours to be NANC certified. This book has helped her see that she has allowed the past to keep her in fear and shame. That she has excused her sins to her past. She is now ready to use her past in a way that will bring her closer to God - be a better Mom and wife. I also think this book is great, and will use it in the future with other ladies.

Pastor Viars gathered together some excellent material for his book. Right on with the Bible. It offered hope and the biblical steps toward a renewed life in Christ! I'm looking forward to more books from him!

This is a great book for those who are struggling with their past. Pastor Steve deals with the issue biblically and shows the way to stopping the past and giving The Lord our futures. I highly recommend this book!
