Frequently Asked Questions

How do I download digital files to my iPhone, iPad, or iPod?

Downloading to an iPhone or other i-Device probably works a little bit differently than downloading to a computer or laptop. These devices generally try to stream media files from their original location which creates download errors and prevents you from making further download attempts. If you want to add your downloadable MP3s to your iPhone, we recommend that you download the files to your laptop or computer and then sync them to iTunes (or a similar media player that you use to listen to files) on your iPhone or i-Device.  Or you may try using a 3rd party file manager app like Documents by Readdle: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/documents-by-readdle/id364901807.

Which shipping option should I choose?

To determine your shipping preference, it may help you to know that in general, orders placed before 11 am Monday - Thursday will be shipped on the day the order is placed.  Orders shipped after 11 am will normally be shipped the following day.  Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will normally be shipped on the following Monday.

Both USPS Priority Mail and UPS provide guaranteed delivery times once your package is put out for delivery.  Please note that choosing Media Mail as the shipping option will generally mean a longer shipping time (up to 3 to 4 weeks).  Additionally, tracking for Media Mail packages is limited, whereas tracking for Priority Mail and UPS is more robust.
