Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  To receive a refund, items must be returned in new condition. Special order items such as CDs may incur a restocking fee.  Digital products may not be returned.  Track notebooks may not be returned.

Shipping Policy

In general, orders placed before 11 am Monday - Thursday will be shipped on the day the order is placed.  Orders shipped after 11 am will normally be shipped the following day.  Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will normally be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note that choosing Media Mail as the shipping option will generally mean a longer shipping time.

We are not able to ship to international addresses.

Privacy Policy

We use the information which we collect from you internally for the following purposes: process, track, and fulfill your order; communicate with you regarding your order; respond to a request for information; send you promotional information and material; communicate with you regarding products you have purchased; improve our website; enhance our customer service; track customer preferences; and, improve and enhance our product selection.

We do not sell or otherwise provide the information we collect from you to third parties except as described below. We share information within our ministry and with third party services providers, agents, and subcontractors which are not our part of our ministry and which provide certain services and goods to us such as credit card processing; postal and delivery services; data analysis services; market research; and technology infrastructure. Third parties to whom we provide information have no right to use the information except to the extent necessary in connection with providing goods and/or services to us. All such third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

We may disclose any information that we collect if required by law or valid order of a court or other governmental authority or to protect the health and safety of our employees or the general public.
