A. Charles Ware is President of Crossroads Bible College (1991-present). Dr. Ware served as a pastor for 20 years in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He was Founder/Administrator of Bethel Bible Christian School. Ware is co-founder of the Voice of Biblical Reconciliation, a board member of the Association of Baptist for World Evangelism, and The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). Among the books he has authored are: Prejudice and the People of God, Reuniting the Family of God; Building Unity In The Church Of A New Millennium, and Called To Lead: Wisdom For The Next Generation Of African American Leaders.
Randy Patten is the former Executive Director of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC); ACBC Fellow; former pastor and consultant to pastors and churches; instructor and counselor at Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries for 24 years; member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition; married with two children and six grandchildren; B.A., Cedarville University; M.Div., Grace Theological Seminary. Randy and his wife now oversee TEAM Focus Ministries.
Bill Moore - Bill and his wife Nancy served for many years in the country of Brazil as missionaries. Bill makes several trips each year to Brazil to teach and preach, especially on the subject of Biblical Counseling.
